POLICIES

All items are handmade and may very slightly from the product photo.  Please embrace the fact that each piece is unique. Early Bird Designs is a small shop where everything is made by hand, so quantities may be limited.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All wholesale pieces are made-to-order.  My process is lengthy so the lead time is 6-8 weeks, but can often ship sooner. Please inquire for faster turn-around. Once an order is received work begins immediately so that it will be ready within the 6-8 weeks production time.  This mean once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled.   Delivery can be flexible so please let me know if there is a specific date you would like the product.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment is due when order is complete and ready to ship.  

SHIPPING

Shipping is based on weight and destination. I am happy to supply an estimate of shipping charges when an order is place. Carriers are USPS, UPS or Fedex, which ever is most cost effective.  Shipping costs primarily cover the cost charged by the carrier, but may also include costs associated with packaging. Ceramics require styrofoam peanuts, bubblewrap and sturdy cardboard boxes for safe travel. I use recycled materials whenever possible not only to reduce costs but to ease the burden on mother earth. Currently only shipping to the United States.

RETURNS

We want you to be happy with your order and will happily accept returns.  Contact me within 7 days if there is a problem. Customer is responsible for return shipping and the safe return of the piece. 

Any piece damaged in shipping will be replaced or fully refunded. Pieces are packed with a lot of care and attention. All packages are shipped with insurance so if damages occur in transit please report it immediately so a claim can be submitted with the carrier. If damage does occur (extremely rare) please save packing materials and it might be necessary to send pictures as well.
